Project Purpose:

The purpose of the project is green and digital transition, development of sustainable year-round operations, strengthening resilience, and positioning Ramarin Ranch effectively in the HR and EU tourism markets through the development of high value-added tourism products and investment in environmentally friendly processes.

The project includes investment in the Diffuse Hotel (Albergo Diffuso) and additional facilities, investment in green transition (resource and energy efficiency, circular economy, renewable energy sources), digital transition, as well as digital and green skills development.

The project contributes to sustainable and low-carbon growth of high-quality tourism in less-developed tourist areas (ITR4) and strengthens social sustainability by increasing employment in local communities – GARČIN (supported area).
