During your visit to the ranc-ramarin.hr website, we collect certain types of information, which may include the name of the operating system you are using, the name of the browser, the type of device through which you are visiting our site, etc. We use this information to improve our site and your user experience and we use exclusively for these purposes or for the purposes of our own marketing. We do not forward the data. Also, any other information you voluntarily provide us on our contact page or by commenting on our articles is secure.
Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and Croatian laws and regulations.

4. Central database of people who contacted us through the website
We store your personal data in our central database when you make an inquiry, request an offer or engage in certain activities on our site, such as subscribing to the newsletter, posting comments on an article, registering for a workshop or conference that we organize. Depending on the type of activity, you most often share information with us such as name, surname, email address, phone number or some other type of contact.
We process this data as necessary for the purpose of concluding or executing a contract with you and fulfilling your other requests. Data is also processed on the basis of our legitimate interests to improve business, according to the instructions explained below. The data is available only to those employees who need it to perform their work.
For the preparation and conclusion of the contract, we need at least your name, surname and official address, so that we can identify you. To issue an offer for the purpose of issuing R1 invoices to craftsmen and self-employed persons, we need an OIB. If you pay by card, we process your bank details in a secure and confidential manner using the card payment module – PayWay.
In order to realize our claims against the banks (card issuers), after a successful transaction, we receive the following data from the WSpay™ and PayWay platforms: first and last name of the cardholder, address and contact number of the cardholder, email, IP address, type of credit card (Maestro , Visa, etc.), the card issuer (bank) through which the transaction was made, the installment number for the authorized transaction, the masked number of the card with which the payment was made, whether the card belongs to the card issuer through which the authorization was performed and the authorization number.

We use analytical cookies that allow us web analytics, i.e. analysis of the use of our pages, which we perform in order to improve the quality and content of the services offered, and we use marketing cookies for the purpose of using remarketing on display networks and advertising on social networks.
We use the Google Analytics service to process this data for analytical purposes. In accordance with the contract with us, Google does not use this data for any other purpose and acts as a processor exclusively on our behalf. In accordance with its membership in the so-called Privacy Shield (“Privacy Shield”), a cooperation program between the European Union (EU) and the United States of America (USA), Google takes all necessary measures to protect data. We use the data that you shared with us as part of previous cooperation or that you gave us yourself in order to receive our newsletters.
We base the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes on our legitimate business interest, as explained below.

To all our subscribers of the ranc-ramarin.hr newsletter, we send notifications about the opening of job vacancies, information about the services we offer, news from the company or invitations to workshops and conferences we organize.

To deliver newsletters, as well as to manage recipient lists and record complaints (i.e. unsubscribe), Ranch Ramarin uses the Mailchimp platform and services of the company “The Rocket Science Group, LLC” from the USA, which, in accordance with the contract with Inchoo, is the processor and acts exclusively at our behest and takes all necessary measures for data protection in accordance with its membership in the “Privacy Shield” cooperation program between the EU and the USA.

10. Period in which personal data will be stored
We store your data as long as there is a purpose for storage and processing:
Contract documentation (bookkeeping documents): 11 years (accounting regulations)
Personal data entered in the comment form: until the data owner requests deletion
Inquiries as part of potential cooperation, support, provision of information about doing an internship or job inquiries: until the data owner requests deletion
If there is a tax liability for some type of data, which is required for the execution of the sales contract, the storage period is extended to 10 years in accordance with tax regulations and the processing of such data is limited during that period.
If the same data is used for different purposes, we keep it until the end of the later storage period; however, we stop using them for other purposes for which the (shorter) storage period has expired. After the data retention period expires, your data that is no longer needed is either irreversibly anonymized (and anonymized data can be retained) or deleted / destroyed in a secure manner.

If the processing of your personal data is based on the fulfillment of our legitimate interests, you have the right to object at any time to such processing of personal data to the extent that the processing relates to your data. If you make such an objection
