The app is completely free to download and use. There are no hidden costs for membership in the loyalty program.

The app is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download it from the App Store for iOS devices or Google Play Store for Android devices.

To register, download the app, click “Register,” enter the required information (name and email), create a password, and accept the terms of use and privacy policy.

The app is intended for users aged 16 and older. Users under 16 need parental or legal guardian consent to use the app.

You can update your personal information in the “My Profile” section of the app. Here you can update your name, surname, email address, phone number, and other details.

You can earn points in several ways: by scanning receipts from the Ranch Ramarin restaurant, participating in surveys, making reservations and using services, or through the friend referral programme.

In the app, select the “Scan Receipt” option, allow camera access if needed, and take a photo of your receipt from the Ranch Ramarin restaurant. The system will automatically recognize the fiscal data and assign the corresponding points.

The value of points is defined as 1 point = 1 EUR.

Information about point expiration can be found in the app, or you can contact customer support. We generally recommend checking your points regularly.

To reserve an activity, select the “Reservations” option in the app, choose the desired activity (horseback riding, tennis, mini golf, etc.), select the date and time, and confirm the reservation. You can pay with points, on-site, or via a generated payment slip (for certain activities).

Yes, you can cancel a reservation via the app under “My Reservations” by selecting the reservation and tapping “Cancel Reservation.” Please note that cancellation rules may vary depending on the service.

The app requires access to the camera (for scanning receipts and QR codes), storage/gallery (to upload receipt images), internet (for basic functionality), and notifications (to send information about offers and reservations).

Your data is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We recommend using a strong password, regularly updating the app, and not sharing login credentials with others.

On the login screen, select “Forgot Password?” Then enter your email address and follow the instructions sent via email to set a new password.
